What’s your name and where are you from?

Perfect Peace the Singer; I’m originally from Georgia but currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Why do you love what you do?

I get to use the gifts God has given me for him. I enjoy the idea of being able to encourage others with the use of song. I get to connect with people through music and collaborate with people that share similar interest. It’s all a blessing and I appreciate the artistry and creativity of being a musician/performer.

What makes you different?

Overall, I would say the use of my vocal variations. I’ve been able to study different genres of music and hopefully that shows forth in my music also. I’m not afraid to sing to a techno track or a funky groove, it really doesn’t matter to me. Also, I like to play some of the instruments on my tracks and record/produce the songs I sing. Additionally, I’m such a ballad lover but I love dancing also, so as far as sound goes, you get a few of those combinations from me. I tend to sing soft vocally but when the moment is right, I shot for a stronger sound. All in all, I try to constantly grow my vocals and arrangements, so hopefully that is something that differentiates me from others.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Well, part of that goal is to have an album released, which I hope to do soon. Also, I hope to have a PHD by then. I’m so into personal goals and I love music but I’m also big on education; plus, I have a few business ventures as well. Also, I would like to fuse my creativity into more things. For instance, I would like to produce a movie maybe, write songs for others, soundtracks, and do some more creative directing, etc. But as it relates to the ministry, I do see myself advocating more for various communities, so it would be nice to work with organizations to help people in need.

What do you want to accomplish in life?

I just want to be a servant of God and accomplish what goes with doing so. I feel like there is nothing else to do but to try to please him. I’m still learning, I still make mistakes but I can do better and my goal everyday is to do better. There is so much that a person can go hard for, and I choose to go hard for God. I just decided if I’m going to believe, then I need to try to believe and not be luke-warm.

What do you bring to your industry?

My creativity. Having a background in the arts and having an early experience in the music industry through my m
